As part of its mandate, The Law School of Tanzania is now offering the new program i.e. Paralegal Training. The program aims to train the selected candidates to become Paralegals and ultimately help their communities to access justice.In the country’s efforts to address the legal challenges, the LST has developed a Basic Technician Certificate in Paralegal Work using The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET), National Technical Awards (NTA) Framework, so as to meet the needs of legal sector stakeholders of inculcating competencies required to meet sector’s demands for government and private personnel in general. Appropriate methods of imparting knowledge and skills required to function effectively in the sector are used for teaching the programme.

Entry Requirements: 
An applicant must have a pass in at least four (4) non-religious subjects including English language at Certificate of Secondary Education examination (CSEE) or its equivalent. 

All Foreign Secondary School Certificates must have their equivalence from the National Examinations Council of Tanzania.
